After months (since the February storms) of waiting for a different local roofer to call back, I contacted Steve who has just completed a repair. He returns phone calls, turns up when he says he will, and completes the work at a competitive price. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend him for roofs; UPVC fascias, soffits & gutters; composite & UPVC cladding and general building maintenance.

We had a leak in our bungalow roof, of the 3 roofers we contacted Steve Geary was the only one that responded - he actually answered the phone! He was on our roof that afternoon and showed photos of the porous tiles. He went into the attic, identified the leaking area and explained that the felt was perished and flaking - a completely new roof was required. Steve indicated the cost range and his formal quote was actually at the bottom of that range. Steve said that he would come back the next day to perform a temporary repair and he arrived as stated. The whole roof has now been completely replaced to our entire satisfaction - many of the battens were wet, some were even rotted. Steve arranged the scaffolding, the skips and delivery of all materials and was there to supervise. Throughout the whole process, Steve always did what he said he would do - turned up when expected, phoned when he said and was a thoroughly nice person to have on our property.
