Time will tell, but atm delighted with the work done by Henry and his team, and the experience. They have replaced, retilled and repaired our leaking and rotten Dormer on our aging roof. Henry was open throughout, knowing what a customer needs (not wants) to hear. He proactively kept us informed, being open with what was needed and being confident to show close up his team's work, as they progressed. His guys were punctual, hardworking and very curtious. Excellent job carried out by a great team of very hard working guys. Cleared the roof of 30 plus years of moss and then after showing me photographs of urgent work needed it was completed without delay. Henry and his hard working team completed a more than satisfactory job on my roof this week. They repaired a chimney and laid a much needed felt layer under roof bricks, among other tasks. His team were here everyday until completion. Attention to detail and regular clearing during the works. Henry kept me informed usually twice daily, with videos and site visits. An altogether smoothly run project.

Henry and his team came promptly to clear and repair our gutters, unfortunately we had more serious problems with our roof, which Henry explained and took photos to show us, once we agreed to have the work completed, Henry's team came on time and were very polite, friendly and professional, they completed all the work to a high standard and were clean and tidy. We were kept updated by Henry and shown photos during and after the work.

I chose Henry as a local firm in our area with an estimate for our de-mossing works consistent with the others I received. His team worked hard to manually remove all the moss from our roofs which had accumulated over the past 10 years. Whilst on the roof they found some broken tiles and also missing drip trays which they replaced. They also came across defective 50+ year old lead around our shared chimney which we agreed to have replaced. All the time Henry and his team kept me in the loop with explanations, photos and costs. Should the need arise in the future I would not hesitate to use Henry and his team again.
