Ironically didn’t get any beef items but this particular chicken burger was popular so had to go with it. A nice and tasty burger, cooked well and the topping complimented it, the gherkin, American cheese and house sauce. The skin on fries were nice, not usually a fan of them but not bad. Will definitely try other items next time.

I was recently involved with a film production which was filming in the area and The Crown Inn team went above and beyond to welcome the production team whilst we was in the area. Not only did they allow us to reserve a section of the pub for our lunch over x3 days, they also gave us permission to use a large section of the car park to situate some of our tech and crew vehicles. The whole experience dealing with them was second to none. They took great care to facilitate our booking from an early stage and the communication / customer service was impeccable. I hope to be back in the area to pop in to this establishment again. Not to mention the quality of the food and drink. Hats off to the whole team. Best Wishes, Jack

Nice food at a fair price. Portion sizes a little small so had to order two sides to accompany the main meal. Staff very friendly and efficient. I would recommend if you are in the area.

The "Grill" menu is excellent. If you like food coming to you piping hot this is for you. My salmon was perfectly cooked, the vegetables juicy and the rice tasty. The other dish is Chinese spiced pork belly. The meat was tender but the whole dish tended to be a bit oily. Food came in good time and Rosie was attentive and courteous.

Food was fine, nothing to write home about but OK. The service was good, friendly and helpful staff quick service Found the place cold and very noisy and good number of children screaming and crying may be better later in the evening. Beware of the Car, Parked in a Disabled bay, displayed my badge used the pub and nothing else and got a £100 fine from Euro Car Parking... I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE CROWN when you can not even park in their car park without getting a bloody ticket. I'm happy to say that since this review was first posted the crowd have reached out to us and have arrange for the parking change to be cancelled.

Very friendly staff and lovely food, first time going as family have recently moved close buy. Definitely recommend for special occasions or just a lunch. Do specials on Wednesday and Thursday.

The young man who greeted us and served us is a credit to you, so lovely, friendly. Made a great recommendation and got me to change my dessert and he made a very good choice, cheesecake divine. All 3 courses were great, baked mushrooms, steak pie and cheesecake. Lovely atmosphere, definately will be returning and was quite busy for a Wednesday too.

Ryan was exceptional, fantastic customer service from him and all the staff. Food was tasty and delicious too. A highlight of the area.

Never been here before, easy access to car park off the roundabout, with extra parking if required. Lovely entrance and greeted by staff and seated promptly, didn't make a reservation either. Drinks order taken and arrived quickly. There is something for everyone on the menu, deals during the week, festive and also the main menu. I ordered the rib eye, and it was cooked perfectly, I asked for a side of blue cheese, and they got that sorted with no problem. Would of loved a Stilton sance with steak, maybe that could be put on menu in future? Tables are spaced out quite nicely, so you don't feel you're on each others toes, lovely decor, and atmosphere. The staff were great, and a credit to the pub. I will definitely head back here again if in the area.

The food was amazing, and the service was excellent, not a long wait for the food either and the prices were very reasonable, we used staff discount which made the bill cheaper but the prices regardless was great value for money. Will definitely be returning again.

Visited a few times and never had a bad meal. Staff are lovely and service is great. I was served by Jackie who was lovely, extremely patient and understanding when going through the allergen information with me and provided friendly service throughout our experience. Food is such good value for money and the offers they have on are fab. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Came here today for dinner with my parents & husband. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite & the food was very tasty masha'allah. The atmosphere was peaceful & the decor was absolutely beautiful 😍 We requested for an extra gulab jamun instead of icecream, which they happily gave us :) We shall definitely be back with more family members. The restaurant is beautifully furnished- decorated giving a very cosy atmosphere. The service is excellent and attention to details is at a high standard. Very friendly staff. Portions are just the right size and it is really good value for money for delicious food! Big choice on the menu including generous mocktails and deserts. Prayer room available. No loud background sound which makes it a peaceful experience. Advised to call in advance to know if its buffet day or just the menu. It is the best Asian restaurant so far in Birmingham with reasonable prices for a big family and a beautiful setting ! A new restaurant that definetly needs to be rewarded with more customers because its worth the try!

Nice surroundings and a decent range of curries and rices to choose from. The staff were very attentive and were quick to take away used plates. There was also a small selection of foods such as chicken nuggets and pizza slices for kids. The starters and main meals were all buffet style but the desserts were served from behind a counter and the range was limited. I sampled a range of curries and rice and was impressed with all of them. I honestly think that the food itself is value for money (I have easily spent more than £20 per head for an Indian meal with all the trimmings). I will go again to try the curries I missed the first time round.

Staff are very attentive, yes they don't have as much choice as some other buffets in Birmingham but the quality of the food makes up for it, so you don't really sit there craving anything else.

we did my besties birthday here. alhamdulilah it went so well all thanks to the staff and service here. the food here was amazing and delicious especially the platter and lamb karahi. we got waffles which were cooked to perfection

Food and dessert were 10/10, mahnoor was wonderful and so polite she made us feel welcome and comfortable the second we walked in. The desserts were made by her along with the mojito and they were the highlight of the trip.

Great price and great food. Best offer is if you get two meals. The burgers are decent but the fried chicken is surprisingly well flavoured and krispy

One of the best and HALAL FOOD and some of the Iraqi brothers working in one of their branch, dont know of you guys but i am really amazed by even a thought of seeing another muslim from a different ethnicity let alone meeting them, and this name U KFC 😉, ITS AWESOME DERIVATION,
