I can’t believe such a great restaurant is so tucked away, not spoken about and not busy every night it’s open! I highly highly recommend coming here, especially for the price! £35 for such high quality of food, 4 courses, is unheard of and well worth the visit. We’ve been meaning to come here a long time and it lived up to the expectations. The mains were by far the best part of of the meal, with the lamb dinner (of sorts) and mushroom risotto being the stars of the show. The jacket potato purée was divine btw! The starters were gorgeous too, but unfortunately the deserts didn’t quite hit the same bar. Despite this, the whole evening of food was thoroughly enjoyed, with healthy portions, good service and a nice atmosphere, although a tad quiet. With a large range of drinks options, and an comfortable interior easy on the eye, there’s really no reason you shouldn’t come! Great for larger groups and little celebrations :)

This is the hidden gem of Walsall. The food is beautiful and the service is great. We had a wedding reception here and I have to say WOW!!! We had a 5 course fine dining sit down menu, every dish was perfectly presented and tasted fabulous, additionally the staff at the Littleton, they are simply terrific. They were immensely patient with all our requests and treated us with the greatest respect THANK YOU!!! I would definitely be coming back!

An excellent restaurant! The prices are very reasonable and the choices from the menu are amazing, they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, so there is definitely something for everyone. We had the four courses and thought the food was perfect. There's lots of choice for drinks too, non-alcoholic, wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. The restaurant has a very friendly and warm atmosphere, so this is a great place for a date, meal with a friend or to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.

Had dosa kanava curry koth poratta and tea. All of them were really tasty and worth the money.Must try

We have booked this restaurant for our baby shower event and all the foods were delicious and we got so many good reviews in the function . Each food had unique South Indian flavours with good aroma which was our expectation and success behind the beautiful event is mainly food which was well satisfied and we would definitely recommend their service for big events. Discovering Mugil South Indian Restaurant was like finding a culinary treasure in Birmingham. The Chicken Biryani was a fragrant delight, with perfectly spiced, tender chicken nestled among fluffy rice grains, striking a balance between aromatic and flavorful. The Chicken Kothu was a textural masterpiece, with layers of chopped parotta, chicken, and spices mingling in a delicious dance. And the Mushroom Manchurian? An explosion of umami, with juicy mushrooms coated in a savory, tangy sauce that had just the right kick. Each dish was a testament to authentic Indian cooking, masterfully prepared to evoke the essence of its origins. It’s a joy to find such authenticity and quality so far from India, a true testament to the skill and dedication of the chefs. Great quality food prepared at a very short notice for a Gathering we planned at home. The Chef is very accommodative on the needs of the client, he gave suggestions on the quantity. All my friends loved the feast served including the kids who enjoyed very well. Highly recommend Mughil Restaurant for traditional South Indian dishes that brings back the memory and taste of home food prepared by our moms and grandma. We are very impressed with the service, Chef was kind enough to send additional Dessert (Pineapple Kesari) and Yogurt rice along with the order as complements. Loved the care and support.....

Breaky with Dad Treated to a birthday breakfast by my Dad, fry up was delicious, cooked to perfection, good service, friendly bunch! Lots of parking outside. Recommend this place! A+

Wilsons Tea Room offers a charming atmosphere with expertly crafted teas and delicious pastries. The cosy setting and friendly service make it a perfect spot for a relaxing break. A must-visit for tea enthusiasts!

Great place, chilled out but fun. The food vendors are always really good and there’s a fair variety so usually something for everyone. The music is great too. The staff are really friendly - shout out to Saskia who was serving us. 👍

Ok this tropical garden is a great sun trap. There are 4 different foods on offer. Mexican, Burgers, Kebabs and Jamaican. We choose Jamaican so had curry mutton rice & peas with salad and coleslaw. My wife had jerk chicken again with rice & peas with salad and coleslaw plus fried dumplings. The food came in boxes packed to the top with food. My mutton was tender with a bit of kick. The rice and peas perfect as was the coleslaw. The food remained hot and the boxes leak free. The jerk chicken was lovely and tender with just the right amount of spice. The thatched parasols and rustic seating added to the atmosphere. Loved the vibrant grafitti painted brick walls. Then the smell of the jerk chicken cooking in the pan gives a sense of the carribbean. The three Tardis toilets nice touch. Ordering was simple and service was quick. The music was laid back. Would be nice to mix it up a little maybe. In the whole we loved it! We will be back with family and friends soon!

We dined at Desi Fusion today for the first time and it most definitely won't be the last. The warm welcome from Beth was lovely and she was fantastic with my young son. It's proper Punjabi food and right up my street (literally!). The samosa chaat was absolutely delicious and the chai, so much so we had seconds! The decor and atmosphere is beautiful and feels like home from home. Hats off to Manny and Beth for opening up suc in a gem in Aldridge. We'll be back very soon!

Was a great experience. Great food with generous portions, all the staff are friendly and attentive. If you are looking for something different i would definitely recommend this as well with their fusion dishes, although they do still offer standard food if you’re not feeling brave. I want to thank bethany in particular for looking out for us and making our experience special. 10/10, would recommend 👍🏻

The food here is very fresh and well presented to the table. The staff are attentive and friendly, so you get a warm welcome once you're in.The decor is modern with stylish lighting and comfortable seats mixed with traditional ornaments on shelves. You can choose from light snacks and breakfasts, and later, there's a great choice of curries, wraps, and rice dishes. You get two wraps, which are very filling even though I have a good appetite, one is enough to eat there and then take the other home. I've only been in during the day, not early or late, but I would like to try that sometime.

Easy to book. We found the staff really friendly, and the owner made us feel welcome straight away. The food tasted amazing and well presented. The lobster ravioli was delicious and the scallops were cooked to perfection! We will definitely visit again.

This is a must-visit spot for seafood lovers in Solihull! The oysters and prawns were absolutely top-notch—so fresh and flavorful. The best Italian I have ever had!! Had the prawn ravoli and the flavours were mouth watering , unique and sensational. Will never go anywhere else now as it just won't compare. Prices very reasonable , service was great, staff friendly and lovely restaurant environment. I'm so grateful my friend introduced me to this place!

We’ve been a few times over the last few weeks after a work colleague recommended it. For a staff meal & a family meal. Staff are very helpful & efficient. We enjoyed the early bird special it was very good value and lots of variety. The kitchen is open plan and looked very clean tidy & efficient. I love open plan kitchens when eating out. Highly recommend for a large or small table booking you will be well looked after

Exceptionally high quality Italian at really good prices. The area around it is not so pleasant but do not let that put you off. The staff were attentive and friendly in their manner. The food was top notch.

The location of this restaurant is randomly placed away from merry hill but the food and service is fantastic. We were seated right away and ordered from the main and chef specials menu. The starters are freshly made, no frozen calamari just freshly done. The mains we perfect sizes, no need to order sides with it. We didn't have enough room to eat dessert so took a tiramisu home instead. Staff are very friendly and clear your table promptly to make space for you.

An amazing little Italian restaurant where you wouldn't expect to find one, absolutely fantastic. This restaurant was recommended by a few friends to try as I wanted somewhere to celebrate my wife's birthday. Booked a table and when we got there we found the restaurant buzzing with a nice atmosphere, proper Italian music & the decor was something i wasnt expecting walking into a proper little slice of Italy, welcoming staff, we were early for our booking but that wasn't a problem, we were given an option of table (which was nice). Staff were very friendly and attentive, drinks ordered, we browsed the menu, all looked and sounds great. Couldn't fault the food or service, was a quick turn around, which wasn't bad, there was enough time between courses. Amazing little slice of Italy 🇮🇹 which we will be going back to and recommending to family and friends Thanks to all staff for a great night celebrating a special birthday. Even got a special "Happy Birthday" pudding and a sing song

Fresh good quality ingredients, decent portions and delightful service with attentive waiters! Also CLEAN. Easy going ambience. Our food was delayed due to an issue with the cooker and we were given complimentary prawn crackers, though we only knew the reason for this after we asked. Dishes were also cleared promptly from in front of us. My only wish is that I was given a spork to have my noodle soup, not just a soup spoon and a separate fork. Will definitely be returning and not telling anyone to keep this little gem hidden! 😉 P.s mum says there should be hot drinks on the menu and hooks in the bathroom cubicles. We were disappointed that tap water is not available, only large glass bottled water. Another Asian restaurant charging for a basic human right.

Nice to see a good old fusion restaurant. The quality of the food is quite good but I must say that most of the dishes are quite spicy, even if you ask them to tone it down. I even tried the Beef Mongolian (good lamb dishes are hard to find these days) and it was not bad. Just goes to show what can be done with well cooked food and a large selection of spices. The drinks are ok, a bit on the expensive side but where aren't they these days. Decor is nice, fairly relaxed which makes for a pleasant dining experience, whether with friends or family. I suspect if I lived closer we would probably be ordering from here on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend and will probably go again.

Lovely staff, food was really good, I wanted something spicy and they delivered! The hand dryer is very powerful, I love it! 😮 The decor is clean and modern 😍 I probably won't be coming back tho since I'm not a big fan of noodles or Indonesian style food. 4.5/5 stars. But hey look at my pictures, I should be a frickin photographer.
