Well what can I say about Charlotte, she is a caring, enthusiastic, motivated, lovely human being and that is clear to see in the work that she does which shows how passionate she is about providing the best education for children to learn and improve academically. Charlotte has a unique skill in helping children achieve and become more confident in their own ability, I can say this because my own child has received support from her service and has come on leaps and bounds. He always speaks positively about Charlotte and how she makes the sessions fun to learn which helps to engage him with a positive mindset.
