Can’t recommend Melanie enough! As a graduate just leaving university she helped me fantastically. In our 1-1 sessions she asked questions to evaluate what I truly wanted to aim for in a career. Combined with her research between sessions we found a selection of companies which aligned with my interests and we approached directly.
