We contacted Choice Home Tutoring when it became apparent our son was struggling to get to grips with his Biology A-Level course. Helen's Achievers+ Programme was a fantastic experience for our son. He genuinely looked forward to the weekly online lessons, which were thoughtfully planned and perfectly balanced between maths and English. It was clear how much care and effort Helen put into each session, from the preparation of engaging resources to her constructive feedback on classwork and homework. What stood out the most was Helen’s warm and encouraging approach. She created a supportive atmosphere that really helped our son build confidence, especially in areas of English that he had found challenging before. My son has really enjoyed attending the online sessions for the 11 plus Accelerator programme. Each week there is a different topic that all the children learn. During the lessons everyone gets the opportunity to talk and ask questions. Helen provides informative and enjoyable lessons. My son has been attending the Tutor Connect tuition centre since January. He finds the notes are really good, the teachers breaks down the topics very well and explains and simplifies it in a way is much easier to understand. My son definitely finds it a help to him. After months of trying out different tutors to help my son prepare for the 11+ exams , we came across Manchester Tutors. Abigail got back to us very quickly. We discussed what we needed and what I was looking for in a tutor. She reassured me that she will match my son with a suitable tutor for his needs which many tutor organisations fail to do. She matched our son with a tutor within 48hrs. Our tutor ( Christopher) is absoultly brilliant. He is very knowledgeable about 11+ which is hard to come across in my experience. The resources he uses are challenging which is needed for 11+ exams. I attended the christmas crash course for AS Chemistry Unit 2. I enjoyed the experience as it was a time to relate and learn with other students. I recommend the crash courses to anyone who is re-sitting their AS levels or just in first year wanting to revise for the upcoming exams.
