Mathscool has been absolutely amazing! Amazing is an understatement.
The level of support and work material received throughout the A level course was of a Calibre that you cannot find anywhere else. Being in the year that received the advanced information, Dr Shah created his OWN material which was specific to the advanced information in order to prepare us for every single possibility of question that could come up. We also had 3 mock exams at mathscool designed in accordance with the AI, which allowed us to simulate what the real exam would look like!!! Aswell as this, EVERY SINGLE past paper and Pearson exam material was hyperlinked on the mathscool website and every single question within these past papers was carefully assigned its relevant topic name by Dr Shah so that he could provide us with targeted revision for topics we were possibly weaker on. We had access to all exam material possible aswell as EXTRA practice created by Dr Shah which had questions that were practically identical to the ones that came up in our A level.
I initially joined in the GCSE class with Menna and then the A level class with Dr Shah. The teaching at GCSE is just as spectacular as at A level and I found that by joining at GCSE, I had very strong foundations to continue at A level!!
I always found Maths difficult but my ability and confidence has grown immensely through my last 3 years at mathscool because of the thorough teaching and support that was provided to me by Menna and Dr Shah!! Thank you so so much!!!

I started going to Math’scool for my A-Levels. I studied Maths and Further Maths with Dr Shah and had an amazing experience. I would really recommend joining if you’ve taken Maths and Further Maths. The teaching is exceptional, and Dr Shah made sure I understood the topics and if I was still unsure, he used to try and explain it in a few different ways until I understood the topic.

The homework that was set each week was quite a lot but it was really beneficial as it contained a plethora of questions some of which were difficult and challenging which made sure I understood the topic well. Also, if I was unsure about a question while doing the homework he used to send hints and extra help during the week which I found really useful. There used to be weekly mini tests that were set during the lessons and they were useful as it allowed Dr Shah to understand what kind of questions we struggled with and accordingly for every question we got wrong he used to explain the question and set an extra 3 questions similar to do at home this way he made sure we understood the topic really well. Doing all his homework and paying attention in his lessons put me ahead in my school and also helped in doing well in school tests.

Despite the Covid outbreak through my first year of A- Levels Dr Shah quickly changed to online classes and continued teaching us thoroughly in online lessons as well. One thing I really liked was no matter if he was teaching us in a classroom or if it was teaching us online he always used to teach us in depth despite the fact our finishing time over ran. Like if we were unsure about some of the topic covered in the lesson he used to overrun and continue to teach us until we all understood which I found good as he cared a lot more about teaching us and making sure we understand.

I would really recommend Math’scool if your taking Maths or Further Maths as it is very helpful and will also have a great time learning.

I joined Math’scool two years ago and it has been an amazing experience. At first when I started A Level Maths, I was overwhelmed and found it difficult to cope with however at Math’scool I realised that Maths is a subject that requires constant practice and hard work.

Dr Shah is an incredible teacher who is extremely dedicated and determined to help his students reach their full potential. Some of the methods he taught, I was never taught at school, and really helped increase my understanding on certain topics. He constantly challenged us with difficult questions (in class and in the homework) but if we were not able to solve them he gave us plenty of support and guidance until eventually we would be able to answer all those questions on our own confidently with ease.

I never would have made it through A Level Maths without the help of Dr Shah. His enthusiastic and positive attitude towards teaching made Maths a lot more enjoyable and fun to learn. Thank you so much Dr Shah!

Joined in Year 9 with Mrs Menna who helped me tremendously boost my maths skills – a subject with I was having a lot of trouble with and led me to achieve an 8 in GCSE. It didn't stop there, however, as I attended the A-Level classes with Dr Shah, who had a unique and fun way of teaching maths concepts. This helped me to stay ahead of my class and soon became one of my strongest subjects, resulting in an A in my final examinations. This year, due to the disadvantage that Covid-19 has placed on students, they released Advance Information to help guide students on high priority topics that would appear in the exam. Dr Shah then compiled many resources which assisted my revision a lot, by aligning the appropriate questions with the relevant topics. Huge thanks to the both of them!
