Very happy with my child's progress since attending Knowledge Above Standard (KAS). Would recommend KAS to those who require extra support and tutoring in English and Maths. Both Kas and Akshay are knowledgeable, patient and approachable and these attributes have helped my child become confident, especially in SATs preparation as well as preparing for the demanding workload during my child's upcoming years in high school.

KAS provides excellent tuition. My two older daughters (now 22&20, Economics degree graduates) have had tutoring provided by KAS. I had no doubt in my mind where to send my now 10 year old daughter when we decided to start tuition to help with preparation for SATs and high school homework demands. She has grown in knowledge and confidence in both Maths and English and evidently moved up in ability groups and performs with high scores in every school assessment.

Mr Patel is an exceptional tutor who really has a passion for improving children’s learning and getting them to achieve outstanding results. We decided to give Kip a try on the recommendation of my neighbour who has all 3 sons going there. My son was struggling with creative writing and simply didn't know how to approach it. He has now been with Jan and her team for just over 6 months and the improvements to his writing is just amazing! He is able to write paragraphs and at times a whole page independently. What can I say !!! This center was recommended to me through facebook by some other parents and even though I would have preferred home visit, we decided to try it. My daughter is 7 and is very selective and a little shy when it comes to new faces. Oh my , Jan was fantastic on our first visit, very patient and friendly but at the same time professional. I can't recommend NFT enough if you are serious about getting your child into a grammar school! They have an excellent team of tutors who knows exactly what is required in order to sit these exams with confidence, and Ali is incredibly dedicated and caring towards each child's progression through the 11+ process. 5 hours of tutoring a week seemed like a lot when we first started, but our daughter was very happy to go each week as Sahand and the team always ensure that every child is happy, smiling and actually enjoying learning!

NFT have been so incredible in my child’s 11+ journey. I am a first time parent to this process and we couldn’t have been more looked after. Study materials are high quality, the teachers caring & friendly and the lessons are thorough. There is a mid-week online lesson, which my child really enjoyed. As a former Kumon Maths student and Kumon instructor assistant, I enjoyed Kumon and believed in the Kumon structured learning (And so are other instructors assistants I met 20 years ago. They all sent their kids to Kumon). I was happy to enrol my son at 3.5 years old as soon as I found out there's center near me. He is an autumn child so he is repeating the pre-school year with younger children at nursery and needed some new challenge. He goes to music lesson in the morning and Kumon in the late afternoon instead of going to nursery on Wednesday now, which is a good switch up of activities with more outdoor time in between the two lessons. Enrolling a child this young does mean more parental effort but it also enables the child to develop good work ethics early. The daily worksheet helps to decrease screen time for my child as there is more structured activities for him to work on. The digital worksheets are great. No more carrying weeks of worksheet while on holiday. I can also see my child's record and past worksheet in one place. Added bonus is the venus is in the library, my child enjoyed reading and borrowing books before or after Kumon class.

The good advantage with Kumon Connect is that, we as parents don’t have to mark any worksheets. You can see your child targets, the worksheets, the timing they score and also you can go through the work progress any time and month you want. My daughter has been doing the Kumon Connect programme with Ms Adekunbi for almost 5 years. This new system, Kumon Connect, is very handy and hassle free. I can see how my daughter is performing in Kumon through the colour coding of her sheets. I can check her previous work easily. The main benefits of Kumon Connect helped my daughter have a very strong base in mathematics. She is on the top set in maths at her school and she did very well in her 11plus exams. The only challenge is that they still need to keep up the work during the holidays and in busy schedules. I personally recommend the Kumon Connect program to all who want their children to make a good foundation in maths and english.

Kevin is an outstanding and naturally gifted tutor who was able to put my daughter at ease from the 1st lesson. Kavita Arif is an excellent Math teacher. She has been tutoring my son for a few weeks, and her teaching method is very interactive. She keeps her students engaged continuously and works them through any sticky patches they might encounter. She is brilliant, and I highly recommend her. Safiyyah is an excellent Biology, Chemistry and Geography teacher. She has extensive knowledge of her subjects and is gentle with her students, allowing them to be comfortable and grasp the subject matter she teaches. My son found Alun absolutely perfect for him, he enjoyed every session with him and usually came out with a smile on his face as he had learnt something new again.
