I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

My daughter attends this centre and she absolutely loves it. The brothers who teach her are amazing at what they do allahumma barik and she is always looking forward to going to class. It is also amazing that they have considered the homeschooling community and facilitated this for us during school times. If you are homeschooling and looking for somewhere to complement the work you do with your child or you want to test that your child is at the right level then this is a great place to come on Thursday at 1pm to 3pm as it is specifically for homeschooling families. They offer English, Maths and science.

I believe my son benefited from tutoring at Top Tutors in Roman road, in a very short period of time they managed to identify and fill the gaps in his knowledge which helped my son with passing the 11+ exam. I believe the tutors here are attentive and insightful, they prepare tasks based on each student’s individual level, they spare sufficient time to each student. My son feels engaged and challenged and the atmosphere is friendly.

I’ve been coming to this tuition place for over a year and it’s one of the best - all the teachers really support you with topics you struggle with and encourage you to achieve higher - I was mainly getting grade 6-7s in science and maths but this results day ended up with 8-9s and a huge part of that is because of toptutors- can’t recommend them enough :)

I have used the service of Keystone Tutor preparing for 11 plus exam, for a period of roughly six months. Process of onboarding was really efficient and swift, tutoring of great quality. We have been helped to match to our needs with the perfect tutor - Donal Coonan. The key feature of the tutor was the very engaging tone that kept my ten-year-old boy really interested in the session. Quality of the explanation was really good, giving an intuitive sense on how to approach a problem. The tutoring was not only offering simple equations and tools, but a system of thinking and how to engage with a problem. We had an assessment for our child with London Home Tutors as we didn’t want to put him through the 11+ if he wasn’t academic enough to get a place at the schools we liked. I was really impressed with the teacher who came she was really friendly and Henry said he actually enjoyed what was quite a long session of maths and English tests! After being advised by a local primary school teacher in the North West of the UK, I contacted Owl Tutors for their services for my daughter as she had secondary school examinations. I found Grove Tutors to be extremely helpful from first contacting them via the website through to the Tutoring. I contacted Grove Tutors in respect to GSCE Tutoring (various subjects) for a friends daughter. I received an email within 24hours of completing the online form asking the best time to call to discuss my needs. The call was very thorough and Nick spent time going through everything with me from the subjects requiring the tutoring, the areas needing help, grades trying to achieve, personality traits to match the best tutor to the student and also tried to gain an understanding of the student in general. I understood clearly from this call how the tutoring worked, the fee's involved and what Grove felt would be best suited, and felt reassured in having contacted them. The Tutoring helped the student with grades but also with much needed confidence. The Tutors who visited were well matched and not only helped achieve the grades required but were also encouraging and engaging in general which has been the much needed confidence boost we couldn't offer ourselves. After spending three months with Headway Tutors on Biology and German (through Zooms meetings), our daughter has achieved not only greater confidence in the two subjects, which she fell fallen a bit behind at school during the pandemic, but also top marks. Both tutors have worked well with our daughter, helped her to regain her momentum and build a solid foundation to prepare herself for GSCE exams next year. My daughter has only started learning German with Alessa for 2 months, yet she says she has got a better understanding of German language than the last 24 months of learning German at school. This is evidenced by my daughter's consistently high marks in German this term and her confidence in using the language at school. Our daughter thinks that Clare is very indept and gives clear explanations on difficult and complex topics.
