When you first meet Ken he comes over a very friendly and pleasant person. We were dreading the rewire (whole house) because of the horror stories we heard. Ken (and Steve) did a brilliant job, nothing was too much trouble. Yes, it was very messy but their good humour and professionalism made it so much more bearable.
