Been using Simon for boiler services the past few years - friendly chap and always happy to indulge my many questions on how everything works :D . Simon recently replaced our leaking Vaillant boiler with a new Worcester Bosch, which was a 3 day installation in Jan '25 including power flush of rads/underfloor heating, replacing various valves and bits and pieces we knew to be faulty. We needed a plumber in a hurry to sort out a tenant's hot water and heating. Simon spoke to them and was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the fault and then got it sorted (fitted a new boiler) later that week. He was efficient, got the job done with minimum fuss and kept the tenant happy.
