Brad provided a quick and professional response to our shower temperature valve problem - ordered part same day he was contacted and fitted it as soon as it arrived. He tested everything was working before he left and we now have a shower that isn’t boiling hot or freezing cold! Brad installed my Hive and explained the system perfectly. He also serviced my old boiler. He didn't find any problems, there are perhaps some gas engineers who will invent problems, not Brad, he is honest, considerate and a very tidy worker.
