Just had a bathroom completely refitted by Lauren after being recommended to her by a friend.. She and her team absolutely know their stuff and nothing was too much trouble. The job was very reasonably priced with high quality fittings. Felt totally confident in her from the first moment and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Just booked her for a second bathroom revamp, the first was so good ! Highly recommend!

Lauren and Liam have just finished replacing our horrible bathroom. The project was beset with issues from the outset, partly due to our very solidly built house! Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them for any plumbing work I need to do in the future. Thank you Lauren and the Team.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

Tim has just completed 3 day's worth of work at the house I've recently moved into, which needed attention to almost every aspect of the heating & hot water systems, and the internal plumbing in general, as well as an undetermined penetrating damp issue. I could not be happier with all the work he's done for me! He quickly traced the damp issue to a cracked redundant water meter, identified some oddities with the supply to my house, & raised a service call with my water utilities provider on my behalf, providing extensive information to the provider which resulted in the source of issue being fully resolved on the same day! He also discovered my boiler to being a tad on the lethal side, & rearranged his schedule to accommodate sourcing a replacement & associated fittings, & installing it the following day. Further to this, he found & fixed a leak in the hot water, & gave it a full service. Lots of work to the sanitary ware fittings too - 2 new sets of basin taps replaced, another dribbly pair tweaked & fixed, a bath panel replaced, mixer tap & shower fitting installed, a bust outside tap replaced, & my integrated washing machine re-seated & no longer making a bid for freedom when on spin! I'm still stunned by how much high quality work he managed to get through in such a short time, by how quickly he was able to source parts & materials, how cleanly he worked, how well he explained to me all of the issues he found, & by his attention to detail. Tim could not have been more helpful! I'm totally satisfied that I've had brilliant value for money, & I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing Tim next year for my boiler service!

Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Absolutely incredible service my daughter was without a boiler all weekend due to her landlord being abroad. An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed. I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it. At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees. He kept excellent communication with me as to what time my booking was to when he was on his way. I highly recommend him and will certainly be calling upon him for future work.

Nigel was very punctual and the service was thorough, but efficiently done! He kept the area clean and tidy and was happy to chat through what he was doing so I could understand more. My Home Emergency insurance claimed that my boiler couldn't be repaired, as parts are no longer available. Therefore, I invited 3 local gas engineers to quote for replacing said boiler. The first engineer inspected the boiler, but agreed that repair wasn't possible and provided a quote. Then, two days later, Matthew Humphries arrived on scene, worked his magic and carried out a fantastic repair!!! Excellent service, clear explanations without confusing me with 'jargon', and fair pricing! Martin was also readily helpful and reassuring, when I had to complain to my reluctant insurance in order to claim reimbursement of the repair costs.

I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. Can safely say that I'd be going back to them for all plumbing work in the future.

I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.

We recently had an issue with our toilet—a slow leak and a valve problem that we couldn’t fix ourselves. Asif from East Midlands Gas & Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Great company. They serviced my boiler last year (and did an excellent job at the price quoted) and this year I got a text asking if I wanted the service again. No other advertising or spam in between last visit and this. One click to a booking form that worked first time and they arrived two days later. Again excellent professional, careful, detailed and clear work done. A part had worn out - I was shown where, and the physical indications it had, and the effect that happened, and given an instant good value quote to fix it. It was done there and then. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team anymore. From the initial enquiry right through the finished install everything has been a breeze. Every part of the install has been meticulously explained to us, giving us options at different price points rather than forcing items on us - which is massively refreshing. The actual work we had done was the removal of a hot water tank, isolation of a loft tank and a boiler replacement and it has honestly been done to an absolutely perfect standard. Heath completed the job for us and was so thorough and clean throughout the job, his pipe work is so neat and doesn’t look like an eyesore! Heath was so friendly and you could have a nice conversation with him too, and again he was as informative as Paul. Charlie came to complete the gas safety items and paperwork for the install and show me how the new boiler works. He was so friendly also and very informative checking I understood each bit and always checking I had no questions. The main thing about Paul and his team is not only is there work to a standard you don’t really see anymore, they are all so lovely and down to earth. Making a big daunting job being done on your home so much easier! Paul and his team are a pleasure to deal with and are worth their weight in gold!
