Having moved into a new house where various plumbing needed attention, I asked Paul from Precision Plumbing & Heating to call round. He came exactly when promised and did an excellent job of adjusting various worn taps and toilets to work properly again, and moving a radiator to accommodate my furniture. Everything was done carefully and cleanly, and I was delighted with the results. Paul himself is a pleasure to have around.

(In my previous experiences with other plumbers companies, they would have ripped me off) But Paul from Precision was very honest and humble and did not rip me off. Paul is a fantastic plumber ! He replaced our old boiler with a new system. He was respectful of our property , he worked from early morning to late evening to complete what was a very big job, we are so pleased with our new system and we are having Paul back to service the boiler each year. All contracts and paperwork was sent through straight away. Paul cleared away all mess and dust and took away all the old boiler parts - we didn’t have to do anything. I would absolutely recommend Paul to either fix your boiler or replace. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a very skilled tradesman .

All I can say is what a nice man, came out asap to a leak in our upstairs Attic toilet. Had a look at the issue, gave advice and adjusted water level. But as leak had stopped and with thorough inspection there was nothing to fix at that time (likely to have had a blockage) did not charge, and informed happy to come out if it happens again. Will def be using again if we have any plumbing issues or leaks, and will provide his business details to family and friends. He is def the man to go.

Paul's a great professional. He is knowledgeable, efficient and always at the end of the line happy to offer advice and support. And thanks to him, my boiler has enjoyed quite a few 'lives'! Many thanks for all your support, Paul!
