We had boiler issues in Ferbruary '23, so needed to get this resolved asap. Our normal boiler person had retired so we had to find a new tradesmen to work with , which can be difficult to try to find the right one. Fen plumbing was very quick to respond to our enquiry and assess the issues we were having. Our boiler was over 17 years old so after consideration, it was time to upgrade anyway. Simon went through the options for us to get the right boiler at the best price we could and within a couple of days we had a new boiler up and running. Simon worked tirelessly to get the boiler installed and certified in a day, as well as flushing the central heating system and putting on new radiator valves (14 radiators so not a small task). The fact that he did it in a (long!) day meant it was the best outcome for us as we had heating and hot water that night and it made it more economical as it didn’t go into a second day. It was the first time that we had worked with Simon and team and it was refreshing to have a tradesmen as friendly, diligent, knowledgeable and focussed on customer service as they were. We will be implementing a Nest system next with Fen Plumbing and am pleased that we have found a company we can trust with our boiler maintenance moving forward.
