Prompt response, professional and polite. I had my boiler out of power at night, Ali came to fix it on next day morning. Although it was due to my son switched off the fuse socket accidentally, Ali still checked the boiler in detail. I will keep using his services in the future for sure.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls.
