I was told to ring this company when I needed help as my one and only caravan key had snapped in half. I was hoping to arrange a visit to help me get my door unlocked. Paul was extremely helpful on my initial call and made some suggestions to try first. Took his advice and my problem was solved. Paul responded over the weekend & agreed to come & look at what was needed Monday evening with us living on a small road, agreed the local Wickes was an ideal place. Paul came round swiftly and sorted my front door lock which was stuck closed! Communication was excellent and he let me know when he was on his way, he explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job, highly recommend!
