What can I say but absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with the gear box breaking on our upvc door. We took all the mechanism to the leabrooks store. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She replaced the old gear box and realined the top locking hook. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Just got to the leabrooks shop before closing, armed with door locking parts from my back door. In no time at all Abbie had got my locking mechanism fixed and working again, much to my relief,and an hour later I'd got it back installed and good as new. Don’t often post,, but credit where it’s due, had an issue with the French doors and the most helpful chap ever came on the phone and advised someone could come out and repair the door for an incredibly reasonable call-out fee, not only that,, this chap walked me through some possibilities what the issue could be purely by me describing the fault,, I will not hesitate to use this company, a local gem and long may they be in business 10/10 from me

Wow tried to repair the Door Gearbox what a nightmare it fell apart went to the Leabrooks Shop at 16.15 in a panic could not lock the back door. The young lady fitted a new gear box supplied two new Handles. This is what you call excellent 5 star service . all back together door locks Thank you so much

Very happy with this company. They fitted new patio doors for me and they look great. I also asked for some free advice about other door thresholds which they gladly gave me and as a bonus, fixed my squeaky door on the way out (not the ones they had just fitted). Thankyou very much.
