Fantastic service, highly recommend. I called at 9am after my door handle mechanism broke locking me out of the house. Mark was here half an hour later and by 10am, I was back in and the broken mechanism was replaced. Excellent service.

Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do. Absolutely fantastic. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Talked through options, recommendations were spot on for what I needed. Communication was perfect, always showed up when promised and went the extra mile matching locks to handle colours and even adjusted front door which was sticking.
