Radu was fantastic, arrived within 20 minutes and unlocked our bathroom door for a reasonable price. He showed me the issue and advised me which door handle to buy. I can see why all his reviews are five start and wholeheartedly recommend him to others. Number saved to my phone for the future

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.
