Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Max. We noticed we had rats coming into our property. Max took my first call out of hours on a Friday evening, and immediately committed to come round first thing on the Saturday morning. In total he visited the property about 5-6 times until both him and us were convinced that the problem was fully resolved. He was reliable and professional throughout. He was never in a hurry to finish an appointment and move on, he always took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy, and even communicated with us between visits. I felt his price was very fair and represented good value. Not only did he catch all of the rats over the course of a couple of weeks, he went above and beyond to fill entry points on the interior and exterior of the property to prevent the problem re-occurring (at no additional charge). Max was very genuine and clearly puts the customer first, a pleasure to deal with. 10/10.

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. Well done Max we really appreciate your work. I will certainly recommend Apex to anyone who needs pest control in the future.

Max is a lovely friendly guy who did a great job. Came back a few days later to fill up the holes where the bees we’re living. Great service. Responded quickly and price was competitive. Done a great job. He is my go to from now on. Highly recommended.

Max was fantastic. We had a rat get in to our house, most probably through an old cat flap. It chewed our underfloor heating pipes, dishwasher water feed and got in to a cavity wall and our loft. We tried shop bought bait and traps with no success, leading us to call an expert. Max was friendly and professional. He meticulously checked the outside of our property for entry holes and filled them, before laying different types of bait and traps resolving the issue within days. Thank you Max!
