Possible rat ingress to loft........ Steve arrived exactly on time and proceeded to survey the property, inside and out. He gave masses of useful advice which was appreciated. Stephen came out to me when I ended up with a squirrel in my soffit which I thought had got in my loft. Luckily it hadn't and after I had the soffit repaired the problem was solved. I was very upset when I heard the squirrel. Stephen came out very promptly the same day and found where the problem was coming from. I had been over quoted by a bigger pest control company and Stephen didn't charge me anywhere near as much as the other company quoted. I had the soffit repaired quickly and the problem was gone. Stephen left traps for a week in my loft with a camera to be absolutely sure nothing had got inside. He respected my property, was very polite. He spent a lot of time going through everything with me, most important I was given reassurance and peace of mind. He took the traps away and did a final inspection of the loft, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and put mind at rest. He took time and I didn't feel rushed with anything. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. He is a very nice and genuine man. He turned up when he said he would. He gave me an invoice with a choice of ways to pay.
