Andy helped my elderly parents sort out their visitors, all arranged from a distance, and so kind to them in resolving the problem and advising how to avoid happening again.
I can home after a few days away to find evidence of a rat in my kitchen - chewing at doors and furniture. I contacted Andy and he came the next day - very helpful, professional service. Searched for possible sites of entry and set traps, and the next day the rat was caught and removed. Andy kept an eye on things over the next few days, and permanently filled the presumed entry site.
