Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked last minute (wasps) and he slotted me into an appointment within a couple of days. Ed arrived on time and spent some time checking for the nest at the property, which turned out to actually be a dead/old nest from earlier on in the year. We called Aardvark Pest Control as others on here and rated them highly. Ed came and was very punctual and knowledgeable about the potential signs of a wasp nest in the area. Unfortunately it was a wasted journey for pest control as there wasn't enough evidence of an active nest to treat but kindly there was no call out charge for the visit. My rating reflects the professionalism of Aardvark pest control and is a thank you for the knowledge I have received from their visit.

Highly recommended! We recently called Aardvark Pest Control for what we thought was a wasp nest. The technician arrived within 2 hours and was very professional. He quickly identified that it was actually a honey bee colony that had already moved on and shared his wisdom. What really stood out was he refused to take any payment since there were no pests to deal with even when we offered to thank him for his quick response, we have kids who wanted to play in the garden so his swift response was really appreciated. Found wasps behind our wooden cladding on a Sunday. Messaged Andy and received a response very quickly. Arranged for him to come and deal with them the very next day whilst I was at work. I was worried about him damaging the new cladding but he took care and did it using extension poles rather than ladders to avoid damage. Price was less than Wigan council. When I arrived home from work they were totally gone and no sign of them has been seen since. Couldn't be any more perfect.

Brilliant company! Avoid any big chains and use local companies (like Guardian). Used these guys twice for potential bed bugs - where none were found and we just paid a small call out charge and to remove a bees nest where they came same day and sorted the problem - again really cheaply! Great guys who really care and just made the whole stressful situation much more pleasant! If you are around Warrington, this is the best company around (I've looked). I've used bigger companies too which don't show up and charge significantly more for less.

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening.
