Very reliable professional and fast service. Ryan cleared a wasps nest for my elderly parents. He guaranteed his work and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him.
I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.
Ryan couldn't have been any more prompt, courteous and professional. Large wasp nest in the loft neutralised within 3 to 4 hours! Money well spent and what a relief!
Spoke to Ryan after our property suffered a cluster fly problem, the issue was identified over the phone and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. Ryan was extremely knowledgable and dealt with the issue professionally. His expert knowledge also helped identify a secondary problem I was dealing with, which he then solved. Overall, excellent service and a trustworthy individual. Pleasure to deal with, I know have peace of mind and would highly recommend.
Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.
