Very impressed. Called Luke on a Sunday to deal with a wasp nest at my mum's house, he arrived within the hour and dealt with it immediately in an efficient, friendly manner. Highly recommend, I'll certainly be using Luke again!

I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything's under control and he was so polite and at ease. Very responsive, 5 stars!!! Excellent customer service provided by a genuinely nice person. Nothing is too much trouble for Luke. He is professional, passionate and honest. Luke has been to our property several times for various reasons and we would never use anyone else. I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I would highly recommend him, focuses highly on his clients and service.

Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process.
