We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control.
I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns.
Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated.

We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. The staff are happy to explain the details of the products they are using, and provide a full report after each visit. Most importantly, we have seen a massive improvement since using this provider.

A big thank you to Tom and Mark at Copley Pest Solutions. They arrived as scheduled, quickly located the wasp nest in my loft and, because it was inactive, safely removed it. As it was a removal only and didn't require chemical treatment they quickly arranged a reduction of the charge.

Very impressed with the service. Thanks guys, and thank you Copley!
