Top notch, responded quickly when we found a nest under the floor of our living room through an air brick. Rory considered our environment and dogs in his assessment of the best treatment. When we noticed the next day that the treatment wasn't successful came straight back and used a different insecticide at no extra cost to us. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - will definitely use again if needed.
