Amazing! Top 5 customer service of all the companies I've ever used! Just flawless. I find when all the reviews are 5 stars, it's a bit suspicious as my old letting agency asked me to put a 5 * review, so I usually put 4 *, however, I am putting 5* for Integrum. Polite customer service from the start, Janine and Lorraine replied to my emails really quickly and I never had to chase them. The technician Jack called when he couldn't find the parking, but he was also really polite, friendly and patient. Reports sent on time and without asking and very reasonable price for 3 treatments. I always mention constructive feedback, but they didn't do anything wrong. I would highly recommend!

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. Ryan came within days of booking. Did a thorough inspection inside and out. Laid the poison. Drain inspection and sorted the problem. Did not sell me things I did not need which others have tried. Very professional service, would 100% recommend. Now day 5 and at last all is quiet. Thanks Ryan.

Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.
