I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. After contacting Wayne on boxing day he came straight over without hesitation to deal with the rat presence in our lofts. Through his thorough investigation he discovered the source was through the cavities and layed some traps, no issues since.
