Brilliant. Friendly and professional. Answered quickly, arrived on time, friendly and knowledgable. The wasps nest was treated and problem confidently solved. This was in our holiday let and we felt reassured it was sorted. Great husband and wife team.

Great service - called at 8am and by 2pm the same day Elzabe was in our loft dealing with a big hornets nest. All sorted quickly and professionally and good value too - not something to tackle on a DIY basis given the protective equipment she needed to stave off the angry hornets......

We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Service I would rate as excellent and whilst time will prove that the problem has been completely solved, we have not experienced further problems since completion of the work.
