David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!
