Neil just rebuilt a heritage lock for our Grade 1 listed church and made new keys. His helpful attitude and advice was most welcome and he undertook the work much more quickly than we expected. Skilled craftsmen such as Neil are invaluable.

Called Keith Carrier and son out on Monday 28 October 2019 when my front door lock would not lock/unlock, he came to ours straight away as I was due at work a bit later, within the hour my lock had been changed and was working perfect, he also noticed that one of my door handles was broke, he did a repair on the handle which again now works like a new one and he also lubricated my door locks all this was done at a VERY REASONABLE price. I would definately use again and would strongly recommend his services, 5* from me.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.
