Found KO - LOCK via a recommendation. Kris responded very promptly, analysed the issues, travelled to his distributor and the same day changed the 2 locks needed. Kris has been an absolutely amazing professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Kris provided excellent service! He was quick, efficient, and reasonable. But what really impressed me was Kris' friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be completed.

Excellent service. The locking mechanism had jammed up and the replacement parts not available 7 years later. (How unusual!!!) Kris managed to undo it all, clean it, re rivet it back to the frame and adjust it and its as good as new. Thank you Kris good value too. 👏

Have used Kris in the past to change the lock on my front door when I moved into my house. We got locked out due to the gearbox mechanism failing and the door handle no longer opening the door. We had no other access to our house so called Kris who came round quickly. He managed to get us back into the house and opened the front door. He replaced the gearbox and sorted everything out. Absolute legend, fantastic service with a focus on doing everything he can for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Kris again if I had an issue again or needed some work doing. Cheers!

Excellent service from Kris! Rapid response to email request to change a lock. Came out and quickly changed with no mess and reasonably priced and now a much more secure lock! Would definitely use again.
