Tim was very efficient on arranging the locksmith service for us when we called in for a late night emergency lock changes. Steve who came to fix our front door lock within 40mins. No hassle and did the job straight away, we only managed to pay him afterward but with their service, we felt secured and safe immediately. Highly recommend their service for the local area. Due to losing my keys during a shopping trip in town, I lost my house keys and contacted Lockwiz 24/7. Two locksmiths turned up and I had my lock and keys replaced in no time. They even corrected an existing problem with the door frame, and is much easier now to lock my door. I am really pleased with the new lock and set of keys and can recommend this company

Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed. After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Richard attended to replace our front door locking mechanism gearbox as we had trouble locking and unlocking the door intermittently. Very quick and professional service today to change my front door barrel. They even advised me that changing one of my locks would actually be a security downgrade, so rather than change it for no reason, to receive the full quote from me they were happy to leave it as is and their visit wound up costing me less. Great service from Tom. My daughter lost her car key when she was a passenger in a car crash. Tom went straight out the next day and reprogrammed a new key. And sent me a video of it working. This enabled me to stay at the hospital with my daughter. And it was a £100 cheaper than the next quote. And pumped her flat tyre up!

Tom arrived on time and quickly sorted a brand new key and coded it to the car. Cost was so much cheaper than VW who wanted £387 for the key and £85 to code it. Brilliant service. Use Tom for all your auto key needs.
