Had a concern about my front door lock, contacted Rick and an hour and half later he already came over and had a look at it. Luckily nothing needed fixing, but what a fantastic quick service!

Fantastic service. Rick diagnosed and repaired a faulty locking mechanism, adjusted the doors, lubricated, etc. Friendly and polite, highly recommended.

Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed. He also adjusted the rimlock on an internal door that was not catching properly. Very reasonable charge - really pleased with his professionalism and workmanship. Thank you.
