I contacted Matt via WhatsApp and within 30 minutes he was there to assist me. His communication and customer service was flawless. Within a minute he had completed the task, and even cut me a spare blade at no extra cost. 5 star service and would highly recommend!

Had to call Matt out early one morning as I snapped my car key at Rutland Water, he responded very quickly and got me out of having to recover my vehicle. Outstanding service and would recommend Matt's services to anyone.

We called Steve to fix a conservatory door. He came quickly, sourced the necessary and fixed it cleanly and efficiently. I don't think it was a straightforward job but he made it look easy. Excellent communication and explanations. Steve will be my go to locksmith from now on. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

Unfortunately, managed to close my car's only key in the boot in the morning, about school rush time. I called and I've been told he could be at my location in 15 mins, which he surely did, just before another job that he had after a quick school run. Got the car boot open very quickly and I could be back to work in no time, not even the slightest damage done to the car or the paintwork. Very polite person too. Though I'm very satisfied with the job, I hope I will not need it again 😁 But if you do, I'd recommend Kyezauto!

Contacted to see if two keys could be fixed. Parts ordered same day and fixed the next day. Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him, just the person you need when in such a stressful situation.

I had an issue with an internal lock and a friend pointed me in the direction of C & J Supplies. I rang and spoke with the lady who answered my call and I was put through to Josh. Both people were incredibly helpful and understanding and Josh quickly resolved the problem. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Our front door lock seized and we couldn't exit the house via the front door. A quick trip to C&J and they couldn't have been more helpful. I popped in at 12.30pm and by 3.30pm I had a new locking system installed. Customer service at its very best. Highly recommended.

Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. Price was very reasonable and job was completed in very good time. I would recommend Nigel as a first class workman who is a real expert in his trade.

I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.
