Nick came along and did a full garden tidy up for me. Removed dead plants, trimmed the hedges, pruned the trees and cut and strimmed down my very overgrown grass. Nick even took the waste away which was very handy. 100% would recommend.

I contacted several tree cutting businesses, but they either didn't respond at all or failed to send their promised quotes. Sully responded promptly, made a date to assess the job and kept to that date, submitted a quote and did the job efficiently, with the minimum of fuss when he said he would. Effective communication at all times. Would recommend.

Suly and his team did a brilliant job! I am so pleased with the results! Amazing service. Responded to my email swiftly and came out to provide a quote despite the snow and ice. The team arrived promptly this morning and got on with the job as promised. Very professional. Not a single fault. Team great, service fantastic and dog loves it. Overal great company and installation. Everyone was friendly and no pushy sales tactics... I started my search looking for a grass that would be good for my dog and baby which was also low maintenance for me. I searched for weeks looking at all artificial grass options in the UK. I wanted to know how each supplier installed and get samples and specifications of grasses, so i could compare fully and ensure I get the best value for money with good quality install and materials. Quotes ranged from Ā£3.5 - Ā£11k for approx 58mĀ² with simple layout. I also read all reviews to help make my decision and decided K9 was the perfect fit for me - Costing was very affordable on lower end of quote scale and had great materials. (No cheap sand install) The team at K9 were great from start to finish Rebecca and Aimee answered all my questions which being thorough was quite a few, booked my quotation and they also sorted all my paperwork when I wanted to proceed. They were always friendly, honest and professional even on timings of how long install date would be ect. Sales team then contacted me after a couple of weeks and booked my install date a few weeks later so the countdown begain... Install day, Ben's team of 3 turned up bright and early having travelled from Yorkshire to Essex the night before. They started their work and worked tirelessly until the job was done, Ben had a materials issue to resolve not that I would have known as he got straight on to the issue, made a solution and resolved without causing any delay or stress for myself. The install was complete exactly how I expected as per the video demonstration and quotation. The K9 grass installation looks a nice colour (not to fake) and feels nice under foot and has a great warranty against my chewing/digging dog. The team left my house and garden clean/tidy and with great looking garden all in a day which we will now enjoy all year round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and I will also do a follow-up review after it's been installed a while to let you know longevity and maintenance. Thanks a million K9 team, keep up great work. LOVE my garden.

Just had our our lawn done and can't say enough about the quality of the job and the team from start to finish. Even though we had a hard frost and the machinery wouldn't remove the turf the guys started with spades. Normally they would have been completed in a day but due to the frost it took an extra day. The team left every thing neat and tidy and we are so happy with the result. The dogs have been running around in a mud bath recently but this has allowed them run about without having to be washed down every time. The job was a great price and very competitive, we paid less than my sister in law who was quoted from another company and her garden is a quarter of the size. If you have a dog I would really recommend this company

Our garden was badly in need of a makeover. A sloping and uneven lawn, overgrown shrubs, ugly fencing, lack of privacy and impractical patio were some of issues we wanted to address. At our first meeting with Shaun and Callum they took time to really understand our issues and what we wanted to achieve. Unsurprisingly, the design they produced delivered almost exactly what we were looking for and we had no hesitation in engaging them to carry out the work. Sadly, Shaun passed away before the work started and apart from being very upset at his loss we were concerned about the impact this would have on the project. However, Callum calmly reassured us that he and Kieran (his assistant) would be able to complete the work. We decided to go ahead and in just over a month they removed overgrown shrubs, scraped the existing lawn, levelled the ground and laid a new lawn, built a block retaining wall and a raised border edged with sleepers. They also built steps and a sleeper wall and relaid a gravel path. They also moved shrubs around and planted the borders with new trees and shrubs to provide privacy and colour throughout the seasons. During the build we found them to be hardworking, reliable, collaborative, imaginative and personable. They also demostrated their flexibility by allowing our builder to lay our new patio before they had finished their part of the project. We are delighted with our new garden and highly recommend Callum and Kieran for similar garden projects.

From the moment I met Shaun it was obvious his passion was garden design. I explained what I would like from my mud pit, weed filled garden and Shaun got to work with a design. He totally took on board what I wanted and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and the finished garden is a space that we can all enjoy now! The quality, workmanship and attention to detail from Shaun & Calum is outstanding, going over and above to make the space the best it could possibly be for us. Shaun worked on a large garden project for us and we couldnāt be happier with the results. The project included a large dig-out, building new sleeper walls, installing decking, laying a porcelain tile patio, building new steps and a path, prepping and laying artificial grass, moving a garden shed, planting and much more. We had a blank canvas to start with and a strong idea of what we wanted to achieve. We were not only looking for a cost effective way to get the job done but also looking someone we could work through our ideas with to create a space that was sleek, modern and great for entertaining. We shopped around and got quotes from several landscapers. Shaunās quote was the best value and his costs were transparent - he kindly itemised the costs for me as well so I knew it wasnāt just a figure pulled out of thin air like some garden quotes can be. Cost aside, what we really liked about Shaun after first meeting him was his upfront, honest and passionate approach to his work which you can see straight away. Shaun was fantastic to work with from day one. He kept us informed every step of the way and his daily updates meant we were always comfortable and reassured with each stage of the work. He understood our brief and was focused on making sure every detail was to our liking. Shaun clearly isnāt just a landscaper and has a real passion for gardens. His knowledge and experience in garden design and planting was especially helpful in helping us decide on a whole range of details during our project. You can tell that Shaun really believes in the importance of outdoor spaces and we had numerous conversations during the project about layout, storage, heating options, materials, lighting, planting, the list goes on! Shaun isnāt the type to rush through things so he can move onto the next job - His willingness and energy to push to make our space the best it could be was there right upto the final day of work. The finished garden is everything we hoped for and more. Itās a complete transformation of the space that has wowed and shocked our family and friends! Itās hard to explain or convey with photos the feel of the completed space. It has a balance and a continuity of materials, textures and themes that give it a real sense of atmosphere and mood - particularly at dusk. Itās a place that we always want to spend time in and feel very lucky to call our own. Thank you Shaun for all your hard work.

Callum and Kieran delivered exactly what we were wanting in our garden remodel. Both worked with us to come up with practical and aesthetic ideas for our previously rundown garden. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and weāve never dealt with more polite young men. As well as keeping us informed at every stage of the process, they were always keen to ask how each element of the garden would best suit our needs, whilst remaining realistic in what would both look and work best for our space. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we couldnāt be happier with our new garden, just in time for Summer!

Mick and his team transformed our garden in April this year - from a lumpy lawn to a beautiful patio and stunning, easy to maintain garden. Professional, on time, and consulting me on the plans as the transformation progressed - all we had to do was provide cups of tea š. Plants that weren't ready at the time have been brought and planted as promised and Mick will be back next Spring to cut back as required. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mick and the team designed and implemented a much needed update to our garden. Our lawn was more moss and weeds than grass and the area behind the garage was an unused wilderness. The team tamed the wilderness and replaced the grass with artificial grass and smart decking.
