I used John annually for the PAT testing at my restaurant. He was punctual and professional and had a great attention to detail, ensuring that all the equipment in the restaurant was completely safe. What impressed me the most was that if a piece of equipment initially failed he would do what ever he could to make it safe and then retest it so that it passed the test rather than just taking the easy option and marking it as failed.

Terry put a new fuse box in our old house. When our new house needed an upgrade I didn’t look elsewhere. He has also done some other work for us. Reasonably priced, turns up when he says he will and is tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Terry arrived on time to do the work as promised. The work was done in a safe and professional manner and I was not charged more than what we agreed before the work was done. Every time they needed to have a look at the electric plugs for testing reasons etc.in the House they always ask politely and when they left the house it was clean and tidy as before they arrived. The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

I can't recommend Jema Electrical (Jeremy) enough. We had 4 electricians in before him, 2 of of which were fully certified. With all due respect to the 4 of them, we through loads of money in the bin and the issue never got sorted, sadly. Jeremy knows his stuff and breaks it down in such an easy way to understand... not to mention he DID sort our electricity out faster than any of others with their time spent in our flat trying. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time.
