Sam was incredibly helpful from the off, he took his time to work out the best way to do the job and we are really happy with the end result. I rang Sam on a mid-morning weekday, worried because we’d lost power to several of our rooms, and I couldn’t figure out why. He talked the problem through, suggested some diagnostic tests I could do myself, and assured me that he’d come around at lunchtime, just a couple of hours later. He turned up as promised, set to work efficiently, and soon identified the problem (a faulty RCD switch in the electrical panel). He explained that he would have to go and get a replacement, and would be back at the end of the day, after he had completed some other scheduled jobs. He was – again – as good as his word, and he reappeared not long after 1730. It didn’t take him long to replace the faulty part … and power was fully restored. Problem solved. Sam is a friendly, efficient and responsible individual, and I would have no hesitation in asking him to tackle any other electrical issues we might have in the future. Very happy to recommend.
