As a very nervous and anxious patient, I went to have my top wisdom tooth extracted. Staff immediately put me at ease and were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Samantha was amazing and talked me through everything and gave me lots of reassurance. Procedure was quick and with extremely little pain. Thank you so much to all staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Superb service!

Thought I would share what a wonderful experience I have had. I have put off a tooth removal for over 10 years due to be petrified of the dentist. I plucked up the courage but was so anxious! I was treated by 2 amazing ladies who really made me feel at ease and relaxed, they explained everything and nothing hurt at all. I literally could not believe it when I was told it was all done. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

I was referred here by my dentist and booked in to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed under LA. Samantha and Sara were excellent in their professionalism. They explained the whole process to me and talked through which was very reasurring. They even had time to do both bottom wisdom teeth in the same appointment which was brilliant. There was even a TV on the ceiling which is great for nervous patients. They were also incredibly helpful to book me in for a follow up appointment to help with the early signs of dry socket which was a massive relief. I felt very well cared for and I'm incredibly grateful, especially with it being such an important procedure. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to have wisdom teeth removed.

I've just had two wisdom teeth taken out by Norah , and I've been completely scared and nervous but thanks to her the WHOLE procudere was AMAZING Didn't feel anything, I was surprised is done already ! I highly recommend this place !!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff at the clinic and especially the consultant Catherine Sternberg. I was understandably very nervous in advance of a rear tooth extraction but the procedure was explained fully beforehand and wasn't painful at all. The facilities there are very clean and modern. I walked out from the operation feeling absolutely fine and 24 hours on having had a good rest, as advised, I am back to normal activities and the area where the tooth was is not painful. I am very pleased that my Hook dentist referred me here for the procedure. I think it pays to have an expert who is used to doing extractions regularly. Thank you for your wonderful care.
