I have been with this surgery for many years and I've had fillings done, cleaning, deep cleaning, my gaps filled and more. I love the attention to detail and my dentist is always super helpful in recommending me aftercare when looking after my teeth. Everyone that works here are genuinely nice people that actually care, very friendly and professional also. My teeth are in great condition and I know exactly the best way to look after them and its all because of this dentist surgery so for that reason if you are looking for a dental surgery I would 100% recommend Thatched House.

I can't recommend this dentist enough. It had been a few years (eek) since I had been to the dentist and unfortunately I needed quite a bit of treatment.This took place over several appointments in line with the treatment plan which was explained clearly at the start and as we went along. It felt like they genuinely care about my experience being treated and ongoing health of my teeth, and looking at comparative practices, they are also very reasonably priced.

I've always being afraid of dentist, but not with Harmik. I've being a patient for 10 years. He's a brilliant dentist, he's perfectionist, he make you feel very relaxed, I still have the fillings he done 10 years ago, he's work is perfect, he pay attention to every single detail constantly asking if you're OK or if you feel any pain. Harmik done a brilliant job on my teeth once again, I really recommend he's the best dentist ever.

Wasn’t super happy with the first dentist I had, but recently changed to Dr Shah and she was great. Have been with Green Street Dental for about two years now and my overarching experience has been good. Dental hygienists are friendly, assistants are nice, front desk explain prices and such.

I highly recommend Green Street Dental Practice for orthodontic care. From the very beginning, the team has been amazing in making my daughter feel comfortable and confident about getting braces. She especially loved having the option to choose the color of her braces, which made the experience even more fun for her. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive. The only downside for us was the scheduling of appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which meant my daughter had to miss some school lessons. But overall, the care she received has been worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others."

I had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Chantal & Gabi for a tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous coming however Dr Chantal has reassured me and had help me become comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand so I knew what to expect which had definitely help me relax. Gabi had explained to me the aftercare which was extremely helpful. They both allowed me a good and calm time.

Aleksandra (reception)was very friendly and efficient at the reception, she made all the appointments brilliantly, you could tell that she loves what she does. Dr Radu provided a very humanized service, explained everything about the proposed treatment, in a very efficient and kind way. The nurse did an excellent job and was very helpful and friendly. Really sorry but very disappointed with the service I got that I paid for. I came in for a root canal and the Dr told me he will do everything to save the tooth which is fine. Now on their website the root canal fee is £240, when they started the treatment they charged me £185 for 2 sessions, then on the third session they charged me another £185 again for RCT. After the third session I have had a serious bad pain that I had to go to A&E because at the third session the Dr didn’t inject anaesthesia before extracting the nerves which caused the pain and a big swell around the tooth area and wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics. Impossible to eat, struggling to drink due to the pain. Now I have to wait for over a week to see another dentist because there is no available appointments, even to deal with emergencies. Very very disappointed. JUST A FURTHER UPDATE Just an update, after this review the boss contacted me privately and offered me a free tooth removal at no extra cost, and the dentist that took the other half tooth was absolutely amazing as well as the assistant that day. I would surely go back to this practice following the communication and consideration from the manager call that showed great following customer service.

I went back to this dentist again and I have once again received such good service. I just wanted to express how much I appreciate your patience. It can be overwhelming looking after hyperactive kids, and I really value how you kept everything running smoothly. I was able to ask all my questions without feeling like I was frustrating anyone, which was such a relief. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, taking the time to answer my many questions. I felt completely at ease asking whatever I needed, and both the receptionist and the doctors were genuinely happy to assist. I would definitely recommend this place!

My mum had to have 2 teeth taken out And was so nervous. George and his assistant were amazing. My mum was instantly put at ease and in her own words said 'she shouldn't have been so worried' she's 90 and now recovering nicely at home. Thank you

Cannot fault this practice! Took my elderly mum in who absolutely hates the dentist and she was made to feel really relaxed and very well cared for. The treatment plan was explained thoroughly and every part of the assessment appointment was explained clearly also. My sister encouraged me to register mum here as she is registered and has had an amazing experience. Relieved that my mum 'loves' her new dentist, so no more chopping and changing! Amazing service, can't fault it. Didn't like that my temporary bridge broke in three places and had to pay £500 for it, should have have covered. Overall, happy with the results.

I can only say incredible, from start to finish, the staff are so warm and welcoming, hygiene well I would eat my dinner off the floor! The expertise and appointments are so inclusive in 50 years of visiting dental clinics theres no comparison this is a whole new level to top it off their prices are a third of UK standard prices, they are absolutely honest and and sincere explaining in every detail their recommended plans, there technology is state of the art it felt like I had gone to Apple dental without the price tag. So far so good. I've had major dental surgery here including sedation. Staff are great throughout. Temporary teeth look real so I assume in 6 months when gums are healed my permanent teeth will be even better. Top marks so far. Keep up the good work.

I have been to a few dentists in the area in my life time and I have to say I have now found my favourite. All staff here are so polite, friendly and professional. I no longer feel like I am just a number. My dentist, Amin, is very good at calming nerves and is very approachable. Intitally there is a long wait list for NHS patients but its worth the wait. Unlike other dentists, Wisteria are good at seeing patients on time and not having to wait and sit for ages like my previous dentist.

After 23 weeks I have reached the end of my invisalign journey, and I cannot say enough fabulously positive things about my treatment. Dr Sana is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, approachable, kind, and tremendously patient. I’m just over the moon with my experience and the results. Thank you ever so much! :) Ozzy H

As someone who is very nervous about dentists, I was put at ease by Dr Amin and the staff at Wisteria House. I had to have a tooth extraction which was a big fear but Dr Amin explained everything and it was a quick and painless procedure. I'm happy to have found such a nice practice.

Had an emergency dental implant related appointment. Dr Sandeep Johal and her assistant were amazing. Very understanding and caring and took their time to address my issue.....they even had general conversations with me too which was brilliant imho. Seebia at reception was also amazing. Very polite. I do feel however the cost of the treatment that was done was a little on the high side. I appreciate it's most likely the dental practices fixed costs so this is something for them to consider. The clinic is very clean, looks professional and presentable with soft ambient music playing in the background....a nice touch. Overall, Dr Johal, her assistant and Seebia were 5⭐ This was my first ever visit.

Fabulous dental surgery! I have been going here for years! I have regular appointments here (check ups, emergencies and hygienist visits). I have also had root canal, a tooth extraction and an implant fitted here. Dr Patel and staff are always very friendly and informative! It is easy to get an appointment that suits my schedule and prices are very reasonable! I recommend this place to everyone that I know! Definitely give them a try!

Nzinga is amazing. THE BEST Dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, which made me reluctant to go back to this practice but I decided to change to Nzinga for my latest appointment and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I didn’t know a dentist appointment could be done with so much care! I felt welcomed, she had great communication and she did a great job with my teeth, they’re super clean :D she was very thorough, but gentle. Which is so rare to experience. She set a new standard for me with dentists! In future I will not accept anything less than how she treated me and I will definitely be back.
