Came across the clinic accidentally after being let down by few Polish clinics. My situation was urgent and dangerous. Changes were escalating rapidly. When arrived at the Perfect smile clinic in Acton Town, from the moment I walked in, it felt amazing! The reception staff, the place, the way I was spoken to, all was so welcoming and filled with genuine care! I have never experienced such wonderful treatment anywhere before. Then I met dr. Roksana Marcinkowska! She blew my mind away! The best Surgeon I have ever met! Gave me all information, explained in detail what will be done, and carried out the procedure in such way that I have literally could easily fall asleep! So gentle, so caring, so professional. Just absolutely WONDERFUL! The very next day I was shocked to have received a follow up call to ask how I was doing? I will never go to any other dentist ever again! This place is just another level. I was absolutely lucky to reach Dr Roxana to solve my problem with 2 crowns where broken root has been found. She represents professionalism, knowledge and providing full advice. I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past, I would like to thank the whole team, especially Dr. Kamila Mazurek. She is very professional and has a lot of knowledge, Dr. Mazurek explained to me exactly what she would do and how my treatment would look like. During the entire treatment I did not feel any pain, what is more I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thanks to Dr. Kamila Mazurek I am no longer afraid of dentists. Thanks to her professionalism and individual approach I trusted her and she will be the only dentist who will take care of the condition of my teeth. I feel more confident and I can smile again.
