I’m so excited to be re-starting my Invisalign journey with Sensu at London Bridge. I had an appointment today and the entire experience was great. The team is incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and well-informed about the process. I can’t wait to see the results and highly recommend Sensu to anyone considering Invisalign.

The initial consultation is top-notch, from reception/registration until the detailed consultation. The detailed photos taken were very detailed which aid for my decision making on available interventions. Looking forward to visiting them soon for the treatment.

I am incredibly happy with my experience at Sensu, and would without question suggest them to my friends and family. I went to see them a couple of years ago, in my late 30’s, after years of not looking after my teeth and some quite terrible overcrowding. I wasn’t sure if it was a bit too late to start with braces, but thought I would go with the consultation and see how it goes. The team were brilliant, talked me through the options, and I felt in a position where I was able to make the choice that would work for me. Given then extent of work needed, full on braces was the only choice. I found the prices very reasonable, but what made it such an easy decision was the payment plan which made things very easy. Once you sign on, money is never spoken about again. My process took a lot longer than planned due to my own scheduling issues (I moved out of the country but decided to stick with Sensu as they knew what they were doing) and there were no extra charges for any of the extra sessions. It was easy to make appointments around my schedule, and they were brilliant every time and talking me through what was happening. I’ve now just had my final session with the sharpening and whitening included. I feel thoroughly looked after, and I’m really happy with the result. It was one of the best decisions regarding my personal health that I have made, and while I’m happy that this period of dental work is over, I’m sad to say goodbye to the team. Thankful and delighted. From reception to clinic, excellent service and professionalism at every stage. A very easy five stars.

I started braces treatment 3 months ago and so far I’ve been very pleased with the quality of service. Liibaan and Minseo in particular have been great at helping me book appointments, re-schedule sessions and also calling to let me know when appointment slots free up. The treatment is expensive, but the great client service I’ve received so far has put me at ease and made me feel like the expense is worth it.
