Ben was efficient and provided an excellent joinery service he came the same day I called him and quickly sorted a bedroom door & six cupboard doors that would not close due to new carpet just been fitted. His prices are very reasonable too and would highly recommend him .

first class workmanship from Brendan and his team revamped back garden building decking to include ramo acceess to house also built raised flower beds to allow me to potter in the garden finished off some internal work also , again all completed to a high standard highly recommend and will certainly keep in mind for any future work i may need done

Chris removed our old fitted wardrobes and replaced them with new ones which maximised the space. He really listened to our brief and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He's friendly and also reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Refink recently planned out and installed my fitted wardrobes/cupboards/drawers. This was a full wall and it took some planning as it had a chimney breast in the middle that I wanted hiding. No words can express how we feel about what a fantastic job Chris has done. From start to finish, working with us to find out exactly what we wanted, and then explaining what he was doing each day every step of the way. It wasn’t a straight forward loft boarding job due to still having the old and very large water tank still up there but honestly it’s amazing what he has done. The transformation blows us away. Chris did an amazing job fitting a new kitchen cupboard into an space that previously housed an integrated washing machine. He also maximised our space by replacing an adjoining cupboard door to give better access to cupboard space (matching to existing kitchen units) and replacing all kickboards and spotlights. Chris has an eye for detail meaning he picked up and fixed other issues as he worked leaving a professional and high quality finish. We are very pleased with his work.

Chris came at short notice to my house today' to realign my patio doors.it wasn't the best of days to have to do this .He did a great job .very patient considering but he got there in the end.I would certainly recommend using this young man.if you need any joinery work doing.As l certainly would contact him again for any work l need doing.

We had a custom shelving unit and coffee table made, as we loved the pieces we’d seen on instagram and really liked the idea of using reclaimed wood. Great communication the whole way through, and beautiful furniture! So happy with everything, would highly recommend.

We've been struggling off and on for a few years with coving that runs above some shelving either side of a chimney breast and eventually one section fell off completely. So we decided we had to resolve this once and for all, we'd seen some potential options online and started looking around for a suitable trade person to solve this problem. We eventually found Carl at Cookridge Carpentry and his response was prompt and positive. Following a couple of 'false starts' we finally hit on a solution that we could proceed with when he provided a rough dummy. Carl turned up when he said he would and grafted really hard to make sure we reached the result we were looking for. His work was very clean and tidy with little mess, which was surprising. He also spent plenty of time cleaning up after himself on both days. Both local and quality result... winner! We would have no hesitation in recommending Cookridge Carpentry for appropriate work, very professional throughout.

Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house. From the very first interaction, Jake demonstrated excellent communication, ensured alternatives were in place so shaving the doors wouldn't make a mess internally and provided us with a fair rate. He was punctual, sticking to the agreed-upon schedule, and showed great dedication once he started the job. Jake's professionalism was evident as he carried out his work efficiently, displaying impressive skills in joinery. He took the time to offer valuable aftercare advice. Very pleased to have found that Jake was conscientious about leaving the place in the same condition as when he arrived. Jov did a great couple of days work installing some skirting boards and fitting a door. He also installed a cat flap and bike holder which I had been trying and failing to do myself. He is personable and reliable, and does a great job. Will be booking his services again!

Ben built us a large bespoke utility cupboard with an adjoining dresser unit, made to match the style and colour of our existing kitchen units. He discussed our requirements, made suggestions, produced diagrams and worked around our builders. We have been very impressed with the quality of work. The soft-close drawers and shelves take a substantial weight of china and bottles! I would definitely recommend Ben and hope to use him again for other projects in the future.
