Had an emergency with our boiler yesterday and we had no heat or warm water. Paul at compass mount was with us within a couple of hours he diagnosed the problem, quoted us and fixed it straight away. I'm not usually one to write reviews but felt I had to after the amazing service I received by Paul & the team at Compass Mount. After getting a very good initial quote for a complete boiler replacement, I went ahead with the swap. They managed to fit me in within the week and it was fully completed within the day, they even accommodated me when I wanted a radiator swapping last minute. They did a very smart, neat job with all rubbish taken away. Set everything up and showed me to work everything. I am very pleased with the work the lads did. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
