Tom is a first class electrician who knows exactly what he's doing. He's prompt, efficient and leaves everything spotless when he has finished. He has done a good few jobs for us and all our family over the last couple of years, including all the electrics in a major renovation project in Battersea. We wouldn't use anyone else now! We've already recommended him to several friends, who have all been delighted with his services.
I was really impressed with the service from Tom and will definitely use him again. I have worked as an interior designer for many years and really value contractors who know what they are doing and leave the job immaculate.
Excellent professional service. Our electrical issues were complicated. I had tried several other companies but with no success. Parchment were able to sort the issues in a timely manner at a competitive price. I will not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend!
I can highly recommend Tom, who we have used several times. He has always been quick to respond to our call outs and has fixed the problems straight away with no fuss and leaves everything looking immaculate. He is a great guy to deal with too.
We used Parchment electrical for a small number of lights that needed rewiring and a door bell. They arrived on time, accessed and diagnosed the issue quickly and finished the job within an hour. Their customer service is first rate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I noticed a review which stated “cowboys”, I can say from experience that I have worked with many in the past, however this is definitely NOT something I would say of Parchment Electrical.
