Was genuinely impressed by the service I received. Claytons were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get me a suitable appointment to fit my schedule. The receptionist was especially polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Would recommend.
I moved here from the local Volvo dealership after my Volvo service plan ended and after very poor service by the dealers for 3-4 years. Excellent service from the quotation by James all the way to completion of a major 100k service plus MoT and some extra jobs. The communication at every step was very good indeed (Tracy thank you). My car is running like new and will return for the next service/future work to this very professional workshop.
A brilliant honest garage that you can trust. Take my 2020 BMW 320d here regularly for service requirements and updates with no issue. Tracy in particular is really friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone.
