I took my 05 plate Audi A3 to IVS following a recommendation from my current garage. I had the engine warning light repeatedly coming on and the car had been repeatedly scanned for several years and the fault wasn't found or the light permanently cleared. However, IVS scanned and fixed the fault the same day and even adjusted the original quote even cheaper. As a result my engine light is now off and I'm so pleased. As a female visiting some garages it can create a lot of anxiety, however, the problems were clearly explained and I felt more reassured. I would definitely recommend this garage and use again. I booked my Audi in on 29/08/2024 for an MOT, service, diagnostic scan and a list of jobs that a previous local mechanic had not completed. Due to the specialist knowledge and experience of Mark and James, all jobs including the wiring of mirrors and replacement of rear wiper motor were carried out expertly and within a day. All the work was carried out to a very high standard for an excellent price. I cannot thank you guys enough and would definitely recommend again.

My Audi A4 had an issue that could not be fixed after visits to Kwik Fit and another independent garage. Mark fixed the problem while he was on the phone to another customer - and used the engine management software to diagnose the issue. It took him about 1 minute. Did not charge me.

I have nothing, nothing but great things to say about IVS. These guys have taken care of four VW or SEATs in my family for well over 15 years. They are amazingly efficient and courteous and extremely competent at their job. They only use genuine parts, getting those brought in from the dealer. The prices are exceptionally reasonable, such that you wonder whether they have charged you enough! They don’t do tyres or MOTs, but MOTs are coming as they’re building a dedicated garage there. I trust them implicitly and would heartily recommend you try them!
